Xtend Technologies Holiday Home Technology Snowfall Promotion Rules

1. Participation in Promotion
   Participation of eligible individuals or entities (“Participant”) in the Xtend Technologies Holiday Home Technology Snowfall Promotion (“Promotion”) entitles the Participant to a refund in the amount of the full purchase price, excluding sales tax, finance/bank charges, and subsequent change orders (“Purchase Price”), for any Qualified Purchase the Participant made during the Promotional Period, if it snows eight inches (8") or more at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport in Cleveland, Ohio on February 8, 2026, between 12:01am EST and 11:59pm EST (“Snowfall Accumulation”), as determined by the Independent On-Site Weather Observer.
2. Promotion Eligibility
   By signing these Promotion Rules (“Rules”), the Participant agrees to comply fully with all terms described herein. Any Participant who does not comply with these Rules is ineligible to participate in the Promotion or receive any refund of the Purchase Price.
3. Promotion Eligibility Requirements
   To be eligible to participate, the Participant must make a Qualified Purchase during the Promotional Period, opt into the Promotion by signing these Rules, return the signed copy to Xtend Technologies, and comply with all requirements in their entirety.

a. Qualified Purchase Definition
A “Qualified Purchase” is defined as a non-refundable (unless refunded under this Promotion due to Snowfall Accumulation) purchase where:

• The Purchase Price exceeds $2,000 (excluding sales tax, finance/bank charges, and subsequent change orders).
• The purchase does not include gift cards or gift certificates.
• The purchase may include any product or service Xtend Technologies offers, with no category restrictions.

To qualify, all of the following conditions must be met within the Promotional Period:

• A signed Xtend Technologies proposal dated between November 26, 2025, and December 31, 2025; and
• Payment of a deposit equal to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Purchase Price; and
• A non-refundable, non-cancelable payment schedule established for any remaining balance.

The final installation date may occur after the Promotional Period and has no effect on eligibility under this Promotion.

b. Promotional Period
The Promotional Period runs from November 26, 2025, through December 31, 2025.
To be considered a Qualified Purchase, the proposal must be signed and the required 50% deposit and non-refundable payment schedule must be completed during this time frame.

4. Snowfall Accumulation Determination
   The Determination of whether the required Snowfall Accumulation occurred will be made by an Independent On-Site Weather Observer, whose decision is final.
   If unavailable, the Promotion’s Third-Party Insurer will determine Snowfall Accumulation using official National Weather Service measurements nearest Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
5. Refund Claim Process

a. If Snowfall Accumulation of eight inches (8") or more is confirmed on February 8, 2026, Xtend Technologies will post the Determination on:

• www.XtendAV.com

Notification will occur within 48 hours of the Determination.

b. After the Determination is posted, Participants will have 30 days to download, complete, sign, and submit the Snowfall Promotion Refund Claim Form from www.XtendAV.com.
Failure to submit the Claim Form within 30 days results in forfeiture of eligibility.

6. Payment of Refund
   If the snowfall is validated and the Third-Party Insurer releases payment to Xtend Technologies, Xtend will issue refunds to eligible Participants within 60 days of receiving the Participant’s completed Claim Form.

Refunds will be issued only for the Purchase Price, excluding:

• Sales tax
• Finance or bank charges
• Any subsequent change orders

Participants with outstanding invoice balances will be refunded only the paid portion of the eligible Purchase Price, and the remainder of the eligible balance will be fully credited.

7. Promotion Changes or Termination
   Xtend Technologies may modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. Only Participants who qualified before termination will be honored.
8. Use of Contest Information
   All information submitted becomes the property of Xtend Technologies and may be used for marketing, editorial, or other purposes permitted by law.
9. General Release
   This Promotion is administered solely by Xtend Technologies. By participating, the Participant releases all third parties from liability related to this Promotion.
