Xtend Technologies was selected to design and install a high-performance AV system for a large training and meeting room designed to support corporate training sessions, presentations, and hybrid videoconferencing.

Large-Scale Projection & Visual Performance
To ensure clear visibility for all participants, Xtend installed a high-performance projection system featuring:
- 159” Da-Lite fixed-frame projection screen
- Epson 8,000-lumen laser projector with 4K enhancement
This combination delivers:

The large-format display ensures that all attendees—regardless of seating position—have a clear view of presented content.
Professional Videoconferencing System
To support hybrid meetings, the room was equipped with a Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV system, integrating both camera and audio processing into a single platform.
Key capabilities include:
• 10x optical zoom PTZ camera for full room coverage
• Wide-angle viewing to capture all participants
• Ceiling-mounted microphones with 360° pickup
• Built-in echo cancellation and DSP processing
• Compatibility with Zoom, Teams, Webex, and other platforms
Camera presets were programmed for:
- Full-room wide view
- Focused view on primary seating positions
This ensures a professional and engaging experience for remote participants.
Wireless Presentation & Collaboration
The system includes a Barco ClickShare CX-20 wireless conferencing solution, allowing users to present instantly from their devices.
This enables:
✔ One-click wireless presentation from laptops
✔ Seamless switching between presenters
✔ Guest-friendly access without complicated setup
✔ Integration with conferencing platforms
Users can walk into the room, connect, and begin presenting within seconds.
Audio System Design
Clear, intelligible audio was critical for both in-room communication and remote conferencing.
Xtend implemented a system featuring:
- JBL professional in-ceiling speakers for even room coverage
- AudioControl integrated amplifier for high-fidelity performance
- Ceiling-mounted microphones with advanced DSP processing

Simple & Intuitive Control

The system includes an ELAN control system with a wall-mounted keypad, programmed with custom-labeled buttons for common actions.
