Hunting Valley Estate Smart Home & Entertainment System
Xtend Technologies was selected to design and install a fully integrated smart home entertainment and networking system for this luxury estate residence in Hunting Valley, Ohio.
Project Overview
The goal of the project was to create a seamless technology experience throughout the home and outdoor living areas while maintaining a clean, elegant aesthetic consistent with the property’s architectural design.

The residence featured multiple entertainment-focused spaces designed for immersive viewing and audio experiences.

The family room system included:

To maximize reliability and maintainability, AV and networking equipment was centralized into dedicated rack systems located in the unfinished basement equipment area.
This centralized infrastructure included:
